INTEGRA MANAGEMENT CORP. is an independent professional management firm established in 1983. The firm specializes in the management of common interest realty associations with programs that guide, assure, and enhance. The firm provides its client associations with industry leading reporting, varied and extensive expertise, resources and purchasing. INTEGRA MANAGEMENT CORP. was formed by Edward San George, MPA, PCAM the President and sole owner. Mr. San George's background includes twenty-five years of experience providing consulting and management services for common interest realty associations in New Jersey. He possesses a master's degree in public administration (MPA) from Fairleigh Dickinson University, graduating with honors. Mr. San George has attained the PCAM designation from the Community Associations Institute and has been an active member in the Community Associations Institute for more than twenty years. He has served on numerous committees and is often called upon to present educational programs for the CAI membership. He has been twice elected to successive three-year terms by his manager peers to serve on the CAI - NJ Board of Directors culminating with his serving as the Chapter President in 1991. Mr. San George remains active with CAI-NJ and CAI National serving as a member of their National President's Club. INTEGRA is also an associate member of the Urban Land Institute. INTEGRA MANAGEMENT CORP. is presently responsible for providing management services for more than 14,000+ units in 120+ communities. The firm provides its services throughout the northern third of New Jersey. The firm manages condominium associations, homeowners associations, property owners associations, cooperative corporations, and professional office condominiums, whether they are high-rise, mid-rise, garden, townhouse, or freestanding styles. INTEGRA MANAGEMENT CORP. is staffed with over 30 employees consisting of trained managers, accountants, bookkeepers, and clerks who collectively and consistently deliver competent and courteous services to our client associations. While all supervisory responsibilities are ultimately vested with the President, daily staff supervision is further provided by our Controller, Karen Spendley, MBA, CPA who supervises our experienced accounting staff and Regional Managing Directors who supervise managers, and our Maintenance Director who is involved with our mid and high rise buildings. INTEGRA MANAGEMENT CORP. achieves a high level of efficiency through the owning and operating of the latest in web enabling bank lock box, our INTEGRA PAY ACH electronic funds transfer, e-mail server, voice mail, and our INTEGRA Link web based software technology for maintenance work orders bulletin board, and library. Our HP Alpha Server, Model DS15, utilizing 64 bit processor technology, and Windows NT Network are always on line and operates in house giving us unlimited access and immediate information. Our system and staff produce timely and accurate financial records, financial statements, and data base resources. Our managerial and clerical staff enjoys the use of Apple® lap-top computers for correspondence, budgets, newsletters, and work orders with up to date software and printers, whether they are operated in our main office in Mt. Arlington or at their on-site offices. With their portability, these computers allow the managers to access, utilize and produce information quickly and efficiently, including in the Board meeting setting.
