Interflex Inc. is an Internet technology and services firm, focused on foodservice bidding. Our solutions improve the competitive bid process for all supply chain partners; operators, manufacturers, distributors and brokers. Foodservice Bidding is unique and complex due to multifaceted interactions between multiple trading partners. The current process is time consuming and paper intensive, lacks standardization and effective communication between trading partners, with limited trade data existing. Interflex has products that remove the complexities of foodservice bidding and enhance the process by utilizing the Internet to provide a standard platform for research, communication and data exchange between trading partner subscribers. Each member of the supply chain faces unique challenges when performing any bidding tasks. Most bids are paper based, error prone, time consuming, and difficult to manage and maintain. Our products are designed specifically for each trading partner, yet share a core of common data that is standardized by our company.
