Interstate Contract Cleaning Services was founded in 1996 in Charlotte, North Carolina by Michael Loggins. ICCS is a family owned corporation with branch operations in North and South Carolina. We offer commercial office, medical office and industrial janitorial services as well as residential and commercial carpet cleaning. ICCS offers other services such as Construction Clean ups, Pressure Washing and Upholstery Cleaning. ICCS employs over 500 individuals companywide in our day and night operations. We use only state-of-the-art equipment, supplies and qualified service personnel. Over the years ICCS has grown through attention to detail, quality service, competitive pricing and superior customer service. We strongly believe in partnering with our customers to exceed their expectations by providing exceptional services that goes above and beyond our competitors. Today, ICCS has grown to approximately 12 million square feet out of our NC and SC offices.
