Interstate Equities Corporation (IEC) was formed in 1981 to serve as corporate General Partner in commercial real estate investment partnerships. IEC is a fully integrated real estate operating company with an in-house property management company and repositioning team. The firm is wholly owned by the Boyd family. IEC's core expertise is in high quality California apartment buildings. IEC has acquired over 80 separate commercial properties. IEC simultaneously invests capital from high net worth individuals, institutional investors and joint venture partners.
