Investor's Service Company was born out of the hard work and dedication of one person by buying, building, refurbishing, renting and managing his own properties. It was not long before the company had a go-to reputation for all of the above services, and just plain advice. Along with this came referrals for performing rental services to include tenant placement, rental services, collections, bookkeeping and overall management for property owners throughout the country. Landlords and out of state investors came on board, which required more staff, in order to keep pace. Our mission is to manage a quality level of product and services that will result in the maximum return for our owners, partners and investors. We will staff only the best personnel in order to outperform the competition at every level. Our mission statement at Investor's Service Company is to manage and maintain properties for investors all over the country. We do all the communication between tenants and owners to make your investment easier to deal with. At Investor's Service Company we also have a large construction company that caters to the general public and our investors. We specialize in siding, windows, kitchens and baths.
