Since 1968, Vanguard Appraisals, Inc. has been at the forefront of the mass appraisal industry servicing cities, counties and township Assessment Offices throughout the Midwest. In conjunction with our mass appraisal services, our programming team has developed our CAMAvision® software. CAMAvision, utilized in over 296 assessment jurisdictions, is continuously enhanced to meet the needs of our clients. Our software is flexible, efficient, and accurate, meeting the challenges of today's Assessment offices. It is the only CAMA software system developed in conjunction with a Mass Appraisal Manual awarded the "Distinguished Research and Development Award" by the International Association of Assessing Officers.
