PCSTM uses a scientific proprietary mathematical model in order to evaluate job candidates and return to work employees. Isokinetic testing based on range of motion, resistance, and speed provides data that evaluates physical capabilities directly related to the physical demands of the job. The PCETM compares a Job Task Analysis target score to the individuals: Force Curve Analysis (FCA) A graphic representation of muscle force capability throughout a full range of motion Muscle Symmetry Analysis (MSA) Shows how muscle groups work in balance with one another Strength to Body Weight Analysis (SBWA) Predicts the maximal force that can be safely exerted during a particular function corresponding to body weight.
