We provide this service to customers either by project, by seat or by network element or service after agreeing with the customer on the service levels, response time, required reports and escalation procedures. We have our IP tools to monitor and Audit IP networks; whereas for Wireless networks we use WRAP tools to solve Coverage and RF issues and for Wireless Network optimization.
