Institute for Plasma Research

Located on the outskirts of Ahmedabad, the institute is nestled in a green, 10 hectare campus. Established in 1986, IPR has been in the forefront in R&D in the area of Plasma and Fusion Science & Technology in India. Currently with a staff strength of ~ 700, the institute has grown in leaps and bounds in its last 30 years.
