IRIS Connect

IRIS Connect enables meaningful teacher professional learning and development experiences at every stage of the Joyce and Showers framework. Our platform goes beyond simple video content and enables the personalized, contextualized interactions shown to make a real difference to teaching and learning. Teachers can make every class part of a professional development plan that they can share with peers, coaches and mentors. They can create their own Groups located safely within IRIS Connect so that they can share and collaborate across distance and without time constraints. What we do centers around continual research and working alongside teachers across the globe to provide transformational professional learning opportunities for all teachers, helping them to unleash their excellence and see the desired outcomes for their young people.
