Knowlegde of photography and customer support and sales are necessary. We also have wholesale customers, the support in those cases is different as it will be mainly taking new orders. The job is mostly to be the nexus between our customer's technical questions and us. As you know, Irix Lens is not a US based company, and we need someone from the United States to help our customers in the USA.
