ironclad growth partners is led by chapman ellsworth and nathan fewel. we are two scrappy entrepreneurs who are looking to buy and grow a b2b software or services business. unlike private equity, we aren't investing to build a portfolio of companies. our only focus is to buy and then run one business, helping the founder(s) to transition when the time is right. we are hyper-focused on growth and building on the legacy of business-owners. with our varied backgrounds conducting high-stakes missions on nuclear submarines and working with small- to medium-sized private software businesses, we know how to lead teams to get the job done right. we are particularly interested in b2b software and services providers that sit around energy and infrastructure projects as well as niche vertical software (especially relating to healthcare).
