Accommodation for Adults with Learning Disabilities In 2011 ISHA entered into an agreement with the London Borough of Islington to house 10 adults with learning disabilities on an estate in the Borough. The self contained single person flats are allocated to adults with learning disabilities referred by Islington Learning Disabilities Partnership (ILDP). On site support (including night time cover) is provided by Centre 404. We also have a block of seven flats in one of our Waltham Forest estates that is reserved for adults with a learning disability. Support services are based on individual assessment and commissioned by Waltham Forest Council from a variety of providers. .
