We offer products and value that customers can use in their products with confidence based on our development environment for load testers and simulation software applications and our past and ongoing experience in the development of gearboxes for general industrial machinery and critical applications. At the same time, our focus is on proposing and providing necessary products through direct communication with users while paying attention to original commercial distribution route. By working with overseas engineering companies on the assumption that win-win relationships can be established, we work hard to provide ISHIBASHI-specific value to customers. We are a small countryside company with about 130 employees, but our outlook is global. We pursue values that are truly required as we consider "what only a small company can do. So Optimum Solutions and Mobility is the theme that is our greatest advantage, and we will keep and develop that theme.
