Ishoni Networks is the developer of the Gateway-on-a-Chip(TM) platform for broadband modems, gateways, routers and other 'edge' communications equipment. Ishoni's platform is an integrated silicon-and-software solution that allows OEMs to more quickly, easily and affordably build broadband equipment supporting voice, data and security services. Philips Electronics has a majority equity stake in Ishoni, as well as exclusive marketing and sales rights to Ishoni products.
