ISI offers a wide array of professional services, with concentrations in Real Estate, Facilities, and Energy Efficiency Services. ISI is registered at E-Verify for employee verification and its accounting systems have been approved by the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA). Since its inception in 1992, ISI has provided Integrated Occupancy Services to the General Services Administration (GSA) and other federal clients by providing any service required in the occupancy of space. ISI maintains six GSA Federal Supply Schedules to provide federal clients its services. Our Government clients utilize a wide range of contract vehicles, agency-specific purchasing agreements, and blanket purchasing agreements. ISI has multiple GSA schedules including the Facilities Support Services Contract # GS-06F-0025S SIN 811-002 for Complete Facilities Maintenance. On this GSA schedule, ISI provides all of the labor and materials required for the all around maintenance and upkeep of a facility. ISI, with our partners offer a complete energy audit, recommendations to meet the desired going green plan, equipment specifications and a statement of work for the construction procurement. ISI offers project and construction management for the complete for the maintenance and upkeep of a facility including the management of repairs and alterations to; HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical and a wide array of facility energy efficiency retrofits and automated control systems.
