Iskandar Investment Berhad

Iskandar Investment Berhad (IIB) is a strategic developer incorporated in November 2006 to stimulate the long-term development of Iskandar Malaysia. It is currently focused on Iskandar Puteri (previously known as Nusajaya) or Flagship Zone B. Khazanah Nasional Berhad (KNB), Employees Provident Fund (EPF) and Kumpulan Prasarana Rakyat Johor (KPRJ) are the shareholders of IIB. To ensure that Iskandar Malaysia grows into an attractive investment destination and a vibrant, livable region, IIB will continue to develop catalytic or high-impact projects in the education, tourism and leisure, creative, and health and wellness sectors to cultivate dynamic and sustainable ecosystems.
