Itacare Capital is a real estate investment company focused on tourism residential projects in Brazil. It listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange in May 2007. The Company has extensive market knowledge and strong partners which enable it to offer investors an intelligent route into this fast growing market. At all times, the focus is on maximising shareholder returns while controlling risks. Itacare Capital favours projects at an early development stage and strategic land sites that can be acquired at a discount to open market value at current usage. The Company will only invest in projects where it believes a minimum IRR of 25% will be generated. The current portfolio comprises three active projects and two additional investments.
