The company qualifies as a minority owned enterprise and the principals and key management personnel have extensive backgrounds in the telecommunications industry including positions with Regional Bell Operating Companies, interexchange carriers and public telecommunications service and product companies. It is based out of Clear Lake, South Dakota.
