ITH offers health, life, and dental insurance to all employees working 30 hours or more per week. You are eligible after 90 days of employment. The program is a shared payment program between ITH and the employee. We also offer short-term disability and accident, as well as several other coverages through AFLAC. A 401(k) plan is available to all employees who are 21 Years of age or older and have completed one year of full-time employment. ITH Staffing matches employee contributions up to 4%.
