iValu8

iValu8 provides Services and Products to increase engagement and affinity between business customers ("Subscribers") and consumers (collectively "User" or "Users"). The Services and Products relate generally but are not limited to the areas of Wi-Fi access, offers & promotions, feedback & opinions, loyalty & rewards, and contests & games. The web, mobile, point-of-sale, or Wi-Fi access point applications, may include downloadable software ("Software") to facilitate or enhance the Services and Products on applicable devices. The operation and use of the Services and Products includes collection and sharing of Subscribers content and consumer user content (collectively "User Content) as further detailed in this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. iValu8 also offers a variety of value added Services and Products (some or all of which may be subject to additional cost) (collectively, "Value Added Services and Products"), which may include without limitation the ongoing setup and support of Wi-Fi access points and marketing campaigns as well as access to other premium content and Services and Products. iValu8 may in the future offer additional Services and Products which will also be subject to this Agreement.
