IWCD (Island West Coast Developments Ltd.) provides Design-Build, General Contracting and Construction Management services for commercial, multi-residential, industrial, infrastructure, and institutional projects across Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland. Located in Nanaimo since inception in 1986, IWCD has established itself as the largest, most successful commercial design-build construction company in the mid-Island.
