iWorker's social mission is to provide high-quality jobs to talented workers in the most economically impoverished countries, thereby generating opportunities for them to improve their lives, support their families, and grow their local economies. Our team primarily comes from Venezuela, a country where annual inflation is close to 1,000,000%, where access to food is scarce, where crime is endemic, and where economic opportunities are non-existent. Our model is that of a social enterprise: most of the money earned by our workers goes directly to them and a portion goes to pay for our operating costs.
