The corporation was established in 1967 by Engineers Carlos R. Sierra Silva and Luis Jaca Méndez. Our services cover the island of Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, British Virgin Islands, Lesser Antilles and other locations within the Caribbean region.
