Founded in 1952, Jack's Maintenance Service is a full-service janitorial company serving commercial, industrial, medical and educational facilities in Wisconsin. Privately held, the company has previously acquired Brite Way (in 2009) and Pro Clean (in 2013). With this latest acquisition, the company will now have four operating divisions: Janitorial, Specialty Services, Commercial Services and Residential Services, providing a wide range of offerings from facility maintenance to interior painting, construction cleanups, floor care and more.
