Jacks Small Engines is a Maryland-based leading retailer of small engine power equipment, accessories and replacement parts. The company started in the 1980s when Jack Cumberland began servicing small engine lawnmowers and other tools from his home in Harford County, Maryland. From there the company added a brick and mortar in 1990 and in 1997 Jacks launched its e-commerce store, in the early days of the internet. The business has grown to become a premier retailer with a family of retail websites, access to millions of parts, and a company-owned warehouse and fulfillment center.
