Jacobs Enterprises, Inc. is a development, consulting, management, and brokerage company focused on the retail and multi-family residential sectors. We specialize in mixed-use development and complex redevelopment situations that encompass many other real estate sectors, including industrial, office and hotel as well as retail and residential facilities. We manage properties and portfolios on behalf of third-parties. These services include property and asset management, leasing, construction and rehabilitation, and financing. Our clients include family estates and holdings, fiduciaries and trustees, and financial institutions. Our counseling services are diverse and are usually in support of attorneys and trustees in litigation or bankruptcy matters. We also frequently serve as court-appointed receivers and advisers. We also step in as developers-for-a-fee for companies that are not looking to sell but do wish to accrete value to their real estate assets. We acquire and develop properties throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, and Connecticut. We own and/or manage in excess of 1,250,000 square feet.
