Jade Solutions, LLC leverages more than 20 years' experience to provide management consulting services in the areas of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and community engagement support, proposal and grants management support, as well as project management and training services. Jade Solutions' Principal, Ms. Tina Patterson, has been an ADR professional for 19 years. She is a Member of CIArb and Co-Chair of the Social Media Committee. She became involved with CIArb in 2002. Most recently she was appointed to the District of Columbia Bar's Attorney/Client Arbitration Board roster. Her background includes completion of training at Southern Methodist University, Pepperdine University and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). Furthermore, she was participant in the Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR) Environmental Public Policy (EPP) Diversity Mentoring Pilot Project, and has served as a panelist presenter at several American Bar Association Section of Dispute Resolution conferences. In addition to her membership in the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Ms. Patterson is a member of the United States Geo-spatial Intelligence Foundation (USGIF), the Mid-Atlantic Facilitators Network (MAFN), the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) and the American Bar Association (ABA). She serves on the Leadership Advisory Council of Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP), is a Commissioner with Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission (MNCPPC) and was recently appoint to the Montgomery County Maryland Remembrance and Reconciliation Commission. She has been featured in several publications including the Association for Conflict Resolution's ACResolution magazine, the U.S. Geospatial Foundation's Trajectory magazine, as well as the George Washington University's Center for Excellence in Public Leadership newsletter.
