James Swinton

James Swinton & Co Ltd was established by Mr Richard Lynn in 1941 and incorporated under the companies act in 1975. We are a third generation family run business. Our core business is construction. We operate as Main Contractors for our clients undertaking all aspects of construction from New Build contracts valued at several million to the smallest Jobbing contracts. Our team has developed over the years specialising in renovation-upgrading works. We enjoy a strong financial trading position with consistent profitability which has enabled us to develop into the respected company we are today. We have made significant investments in our people and have a loyal, dedicated workforce highly skilled in the construction industry. We were accredited with IIP and continue to use the standards and practices throughout our organisation.
