Jam Hops Gymnastics

Jam Hops Gymnastics, Dance & Cheer has been in existance since 1997 when the Gymnastics Factory & Jam Hops Gymnastics merged. Jam Hops is a positive leader in the community for children of all ages. We offer a strong developmental and preschool program in gymnastics, dance & cheer. Our programs are designed to meet every students goals from the non-competitive - competitive. Safety at Jam Hops is our first and foremost concern. We keep our class sizes at a low ratio to provide excellent & safe training. We are continually reviewing & updating our programs & safety procedures. Our excellent staff is well trained & attend training clinics when available to remain on the top of the newest teaching techniques.
