JCS-Vanetec Pte Ltd specializes in the manufacturing of components for turbine engines, focusing on Compressor and Duct By-Pass Vanes by using unique and cost-effective Roll-Forging technologies. Our services include manufacturing of Sheet Metal components, as well as design & manufacturing of Inspection and Production Tooling to provide turn-key solutions to our customers. The manufacturing facility spans over 20,000 square feet and is equipped with custom designed equipments for 3D vane manufacturing, precision machining and general contract manufacturing for a wide range of engine components to serve the inernational aerospace industries, both commercial and military.
