J & D Cowper

J&D Cowper Limited was established in 1988 specialising in the collection and distribution of chilled and frozen products, and we continue to do so today. We have successfully grown from a small organisation to become one of the major refrigeration haulage companies in Scotland. Continuous growth means J&D Cowper currently operate a fleet of 30 trucks and 40 trailers which are replaced on a constantly rolling four-year basis. Over the years, we have developed a transport operation to and from the Highlands, which provides a vital link in the delivery chain taking goods from processing factories in the Highlands to regional distribution centres throughout the UK. On return legs, we deliver produce to supermarket stores throughout Scotland for various customers - including some of the largest retailers in the UK food industry. We have developed sucessful partnerships with the likes of Tesco and Lidl as we deliver a dependable and timely service.
