Established in 1905. Jena Optical has been a family owned business, serving the Flatiron District since the early 1900&s;s. We offer personalized service and provide quality lenses you won&s;t find at your average store. Jena Optical was opened in 1905 by the Kreiger family in The Flatiron District of Manhattan. Besides being a neighborhood fixture, and fullfilling the optical needs of the local residents, Jena Optical has also been involved with many of the various unions in New York servicing their optical benefits. To fit in with todays economy we now participate with the most popular vision plans. These include, VSP, Davis Vision, Eyemed, Aetna, Spectera, Cigna as well as many local union plans.
