About the Job: Directors + Senior Directors execute day-to-day public relations effort, manage clients on a day-to-day basis as well as manage internal team members and empowering them to do their best work. Senior-level staff are also a cheerleader for the agency -- suggesting new initiatives for team building, keeping a positive work environment, and mentor junior level staff -- and has developed strong relationships with both media and clients.
