Jennifer Love
Jennifer Love is known for highly effective and inspiring work with individuals, teams, and companies. She believes that the future will be led by brands that seek both financial health and positive social impact. Her focus on building relationships, sustainability, social change, and profitability is changing the landscape of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) space. A serial entrepreneur, Jennifer founded and operated a business consultancy for seven years, where she worked with over 150 companies, from start-up's to Fortune 200s. In 2009, Jennifer co-founded NibMor, a wholesale chocolate company based in New York. Guiding NibMor under the principals of smart spending, cash conservation and strategically managed growth, Jennifer's proactive approach as CEO has been instrumental in taking the company from a small shared kitchen based start-up, to a prosperous national wholesale chocolate company. A thriving national business, NibMor has repeatedly increased year-over-year sales 2x - 3x and in some cases, increased same store velocities to over 800% YOY. Love's versatile talents are reflected in her extensive professional outlets, as a business coach and adviser, inspirational speaker, and wellness expert. Jennifer recently launched her latest venture, www.JenniferLove.com, a fast-track education and advisory company for the consumer packaged goods (CPG) entrepreneur. Jennifer shares her knowledge and experience, teaching entrepreneurs how to manage and exponentially grow sales within the consumer packaged goods industry. As an active partner and adviser, Jennifer recently joined the founders of Loliware, an award-winning biodegr(edible) cup and packaging company that is garnering unprecedented press for its innovation and environmental consciousness. Although a successful and respected businesswoman, behind-the-scenes, Jennifer struggled with an eating disorder for over a decade. Now a recovered bulimic, Jennifer decided to take her entrepreneurial talents into the food industry, which supported her journey to develop a new relationship with food. She openly discusses her struggle in an effort to help others who are struggling with similar issues. "Overcoming bulimia was one of the hardest endeavors of my life. The beautiful and wonderful discovery in my recovery was that the same skills I need to take care of myself are the same skills I need to run a successful business. I learned how to be kind to myself." Jennifer's passion for impacting and uplifting others are reflected in all the initiatives, programs, and businesses in which she is involved. They all have a common goal: to support entrepreneurship, women, and wellness. Jennifer works with individuals and organizations to fight eating disorders, as well as helping to raise awareness of the childhood obesity epidemic in this country. She currently resides in New York, where she shares her space with her adored dog, Maggie.
