The Service Center at JENSEN USA, Inc. provides extensive after sales support for all JENSEN products from its North American headquarters in Panama City, Florida. Our spare parts warehouse has more than $4.5 Million in inventory and three trained spare parts associates are available to provide assistance with part identification and ordering. We have 6 help desk engineers on call to provide telephone and internet remote access support plus an extended hours program that allows this support to continue until 11:00 pm Monday to Friday and until 6:00 pm on Saturday (CST). We further employ numerous factory trained field engineers that are available for on-site support should that be necessary. We always encourage our customers to take advantage of the numerous maintenance schools that we run each year and to inquire about the different preventative maintenance contracts that we can offer to keep your machines in perfect working order.
