Jill's Office is a new company that is your personal assistant. Jill's Office will answer phone calls for you when you are not available to, keep track of your customers, help you follow up with customers, and mail out estimates and invoices. It helps you separate your business life from your personal life. Every call is answered by a trained, competent, cheerful assistant, located in the United States. This helps you to make sure every call gets answered, and that way you never lose a possible new customer or sale. All of the information is then communicated to you through the Jill's Office app. What is the Jill's Office app? So how do I know if I get calls, or need to follow up with my work? We communicate everything through our app with apple or android products, iPads, iPhones, tablets, etc. When a new potential customer of yours calls you, we send you notification through the app of what you need to do, when it needs to be done, and the priority level of it. We can also screen out telemarketers and sales people that can bog you down with unwanted calls and voicemails. What features are in the Jill's Office app? Customers: The app allows you to track all of your customers. It saves their name, number, email, and address. This allows you to have everyone at the touch of your hand to always on top of your business. Action Items: Actions items are notifications to inform you that a customer has called, needs a new bid, wants to have work done, or any other information that needs to be relayed. It's easily organized by date to be done and priority. Estimates: The app also allows you to create estimates. When an estimate is given to a customer right then, the chances of you landing the job increases because the customer knows you are on top of your business. If you pour concrete, fix roofs, or build houses, the estimates portion lets you create specific line items, add tax, and then saves it until you or the customer are ready to have an invoice or the work done. Invoices: The Jill's Office app allows you to create invoices. The invoices can be created easily from a previous estimate into an invoice. You can also duplicate an estimate you use often to create an invoice. The invoices can be emailed to the customer right then, or the Jill's Office assistant can also mail them out for you. Voicemails: If you want certain calls to go to voicemail, your calls will. The voicemails portion of the app can transcribe the information right there to be read. How does the phone system work? What happens to my number? You have the option of keeping your business number, or getting a new one. Some people feel they have become too busy and want to separate business from personal life, so they get a new phone number and market that. Either way, we have our system set up as follows.
