JKGOI (Jammu & Kashmir Group of Industries Ltd.) made its humble start as one of the pioneer standalone ISO 9001:2008 certified company in the private sector for manufacturing of prefabricated insulated huts and shelters. Established in 1992, the group emerged as a successful business conglomerate with diversified interests ranging from TMT bars, structural steel, prefabricated huts and shelters. The group is in the process of setting up I V fluids and other parenteral preparations' plant. Besides the incumbent JKGOI, the group today has three major divisions of Himalayan Rolling Steel Industries Pvt. Ltd., Jay Aay Wires and the upcoming HAWM Parenterals Pvt. Ltd.
