JL Gray Construction has the experience, knowledge, and ability to perform any civil construction project in Central Texas. We have experience in all municipalities and counties, and pride ourselves in providing a turnkey project with a customer eccentric approach. We specialize in all aspects of civil construction including earthwork, water, wastewater, drainage, and retaining wall improvements, as well as underground gas, electric, and telecommunications. JL Gray Construction was formed by three partners with a common goal: to build a "team approach" relationship with our clients. We want our clients to utilize our combined 30 years of experience to get their projects from the design phase to completion, with an undoubted certainty that we have the ability to perform at the apex of civil construction standards.
