JOA Surveys

JOA is an Alaskan based surveying company and partners Nathan Wardwell, Mike Zieserl, and Erik Oppegard have over 65 years of experience performing water level measurement tasks. JOA understands the importance of water level measurements for the improvement of mapping, nautical charts, and determining tidal boundary locations. JOA is dedicated to supporting NOAA's efforts to improve and validate the VDatum models that relate tidal datums to orthometric and ellipsoid surfaces.
