J Gernetzke & Associates, Inc. was founded in 1989 as a traditional executive search firm. We are quality conscious and provide a highly individualized level of service to our clients. Since our beginning, we have been involved in recruiting management personnel at all levels – manager, director and executive level – and across all functional organizational lines. Our clients are in a variety of industries and have operations locally, regionally and all across the United States. In 1996, we introduced Recruitment Research as another option for our clients. There are times when a full search fee may not be an option, for budget or other reasons. Research provides pro-active access to the market - search methodology - without full traditional search fees. Whether engaged on a traditional search or research basis, our emphasis is on providing the highest level of value possible.
