Joppity

  Joppity Entertainment was created by Beth Sussman to address the problem of diminishing 'steady beat' skills. Using music and movement, Beth has had amazing success improving emerging readers' fluency and comprehension.   Miss Beth has assembled a team, including Bill Freiberger (writer/director for Pee-Wee's Playhouse et. al), and Richard Quan, (producer for Pee's Wee's Playhouse and "James and Giant Peach"). Bill, Richard and Beth have offered their talents and time pro bono -- however, the animation, editing, production and music licensing will have costs. The videos would be available online at no charge.   The animated series will feature the characters shown below -- Miss Beth, Joppity, Maestro, Baba, and Beatnick, respectively.   Help Joppity and his friends create their fun, online videos.
