We have conceptualised and established eight proclaimed private nature reserves. This impressive collection includes the 11 500 hectare Thornybush Game Reserve and the 26 000 hectare Welgevonden Reserve in the Waterberg, two of our Big Five reserves and more recently the Big Four 15 000 hectare Blue Canyon Game Conservancy. It also includes the truly unique 30 000 hectare Vilanculos Coastal Wildlife Sanctuary which combines both terrestrial and marine habitats in one environment.
