Most of researchers and managers are from Baotou Rare Earth Research Institute, which have more than ten years research experiences and wide range of professional knowledge involved in management, rare earth metallurgy and analysis, metallic materials, metallurgical equipments, etc. In Jingrui Company there is a phosphor-grade europium oxide production line with a capacity of 50 tons per year, which is matched with medium-heavy rare earth separation line. The company's main products are phosphor-grade europium oxides and different specifications of europium salt compounds as well as stearic acid rare earth for plastic thermal stabilizer, rare earth catalysts for solid super-strong acid, long afterglow materials, rare earth composites for hi-tech applications.
