JStep is a manufacturer of slip resistant sole technology. JStep focuses on developing soles that provide traction. JStep does not manufacture shoes, just the bottom component of a shoe. Take a look at your shoe. There are three components to most shoes: an upper (the top part), a midsole (the middle cushion part), and an outsole (the very bottom layer). JStep prides itself by producing superior traction outsoles. 2. How does JStep work? There are numerous factors that affect traction. As professionals in the slip resistant industry, we could probably go on for days, explaining each of these factors. But we won't do that! There are two primary elements that make JStep slip resistant technology stand beyond the rest: the proprietary compound that is used to make JStep rubber and the unique, patented design. JStep engages in long-term partner building with the brands it is affiliated with.
