(jti) was incorporated on april 29, 1983. for the past thirty years jti has operated out of north andover, massachusetts as a privately held small business that has been primarily engaged as a heavy highway construction company providing general contractor services to both the public and private sectors. jti is prequalified by mass dot highway division, massachusetts bay transportation authority and the department of recreation and conservation to perform work in various categories of heavy highway construction which may include but is not limited to the installation of drainage, water, sewer, electrical conduits, traffic signals, granite curbing, sidewalks, landscaping and bituminous concrete roadways and parking areas.
