Jonathan worked for two major public accountancy practices and also for a multinational company before deciding the time was ripe to start his own practice - and the original reason for setting up a business was to be better than the other available accountants! This was back in 1998! Having few clients (and little income) was not a problem for long as his holistic approach to client service proved to be a winning formula. Staffing soon became a priority - but not just anyone will do! Our core values mean that we try to create an inspiring workplace and similarly we try to have inspiring and awesome team members! With a steady growth in the numbers of staff came the requirement for additional office space. This was solved in 2003 by a move to the current premises in Cranfield.
