JWLand is the parent company of SHL Development Pty Ltd and its subsidiaries. Over time the scale of projects managed by the subsidiaries within the group has grown, necessitating the expansion of the JWLand's corporate structure and profile, in order to accommodate the scope of current operations and future growth. JWLand currently operates offices and projects in Canberra and Melbourne. Subsidiaries within the group also operate numerous low-density development projects across Australia.
