K2 Development Companies is a family-owned community developer whose partners have a combined 70 years of development and construction experience. Over the past 15 years, we have focused on bettering our local Redding community through a combination of acquiring, developing and rehabilitating multi-family, single family and affordable housing. At the core of our affordable housing portfolio is a successful 10 year public/private development partnerships with both the City of Redding and Shasta County Housing Divisions. We have also consulted on $50M of affordable housing projects for the Veterans, North Valley Catholic Social Services, Heritage Plaza and The McConnell Foundation. Our recent development efforts have been focused on integrated transit-oriented residential communities in the Downtown Redding area.
