The Land Registry records and provides information about the location of real estate in the Netherlands. And the rights that go with it, such as ownership and mortgage. This also applies to ships, aircraft and (underground) networks. The statutory task creates certainty: it is clear to anyone who has what rights. Along with other governments, the company ensures that the geographic information in the Netherlands to consult properly and the company do this at the lowest possible cost.
